Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery refers to the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Shipping occurs only on weekdays; orders you place after noon on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Returns and Replacements

We offer a 30 day return policy for a replacement unit if a defect is found.

If you believe you have received a defective unit, please call us at 1-510-299-3453 or send us an email at support@nwctrl.com.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a replacement. 30 days starts from the day the package is delivered according to the tracking number.

Please Note: All items must be in their original condition and not damaged, or altered in any shape or form.
